A deposit of 50% on each animal is required (non-refundable). Personal checks on deposits only. Final payment before departure must be made by approved charge card, cash travelers checks or money order. Reservation dates can only be changed with a minimum notice 30 days or deposit will be forfeited. No shows will forfeit deposit. Wounded and lost game will be charged 100% of trophy fee. Price confirmed at time of booking/deposit. |

Check in time is 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Check out time is by 11:00 am. Gates are locked at all times. Call when you reach Rolla, so gates can be opened for you. |
